The Jeseníky mountains with the foothills are a mountain paradise with a lot of natural, historical and technical treasures. In summer, you can find hundreds of well-marked trails for both hiking and biking that will take you to beautiful sceneries and unique museum expositions and monuments of architecture.
The CountrysideThe rugged and at the same time romantic countryside of the Jeseníky mountains will capture you immediately. You will discover a wonderful country with rich flora and fauna, enchanting mountains with lovely views across the valleys, thick forests, crystal clear waterfalls and enigmatic caves. | SportsIt is mostly keen hikers and bikers who find attractive mountain terrain in the Jeseniky. However, adrenaline sports fans go there in quest of ideal places too. Steep rock-faces, parachute jumps or scenic flights from the town of Sumperk will be extraordinary and unforgettable experiences. |
Spas and wellnessEverybody longs for a rest from everyday hustle and bustle to regain their strengths. Such relaxation tied with a special cultural programme can be found in spas the Jeseniky area is abound in. Waiting for you are hot and cold curative springs, baths and open-air concerts. | SightsWhen you hear the Jeseniky everybody thinks of skiing or hiking. Many tend to forget about the picturesque submontane towns and townlets, villages and romantic castles, splendid chateaux or unique technical monuments thus depriving themselves of unusual experiences. These do have something to offer – for instance a paper mill that has been manufacturing handmade paper for 400 years. You could hardly find a similar one. |

You will for long recall interesting but also uncommon exhibitions of photographs, paintings, drawings and graphic prints, special theatre performances and exceptional experiences of all sorts of musical productions. |
